It's important to note that at the end of the project, we do not wait for the client or representatives to 'snag' our works. As the work progresses, our team will already be actively involved in QA / QC inspections particularly before voids are closed. This ensure's progressive quality assurance and thereby eliminates potential snagging work at the end of the process when we are striving to achieve Practicable Handover.

We are also more than happy to invite progressive inspections by any third party and facilitate the requirement for witnessing testing and commissioning procedures.
